An older urban neighborood in Southeast Portland was the location for this three-story whole house remodel. Diane Foreman, CKD, CBD accepted the challenge of the Craftsman style bungalow that would require a complete overhaul. The remodel would include a second-story adition and a complete reorganization of the main floor. The early 1940s-era home was badly in need of updating to present-day standards, codes, energy-efficiency ratings, and style. The kitchen was no exception.
